Does ZazaStores.com accept returns?
Return or exchange any unused, defective or damaged merchandise by mail or at our location in Pipersville, PA. All returns must be in their original package. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the order date.
How do I return an item?
Please email or call us for your return authorization (Check your spam folder for replies). Once processed, please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call us at 215-766-2010 and we will help you exchange or return the item.
Any item you purchase that was on clearance, is not eligible for refunds or exchange, that item is FINAL SALE.
